Bicycle Renting

Dear guests, we have a bicycle rental service. You can rent a bicycle for daily use. Daily use is between 08:00-18:00. Please contact our reception for more information and renting.

Classic Breakfast :  € 8  (1 person)

 

Boiled egg , Black Olive , Green Olive ,Fresh Cherry Tomato, Honey, Jam , Butter , Chocolate Cream , 2 Kinds of Cheese Fresh Cucumber , Bread , Smoked Turkey Salami

 

Breakfast starts at 07:30 in the morning and ends at 10:00.

Breakfast is served to your room.

For Your Future Reservations

Dear Guests,

If you wish to make a reservation, you can take advantage of our discounted prices, directly using our website. You can contact us using the form on our home page or contact us via whatsapp. Please provide reservation dates, your name, room count and person count with your request.

Laundry Service

Dear Guests,

If you would like your laundry washed, our Housekeeping department offers a paid laundry service. Please contact the reception for availability.

Lost and Found Items Policy

Dear Guests,

To assist you in recovering lost items, we have established the following lost and found procedures:

Reporting Lost Items

  • Please report any lost items to the Front Desk immediately upon discovery
  • Provide a detailed description of the item(s), including brand, color, size, and any distinguishing features
  • Specify the approximate location and time when the item was last seen

Item Storage and Retrieval

  • Found items will be securely stored in our Lost and Found department for a maximum period of 90 days
  • Items may be claimed by presenting valid identification and providing accurate description matching our records
  • Perishable items and items of no apparent value will be disposed of after 7 days

Important Notice - Limitation of Liability

Please be advised that Happy Suites cannot be held responsible or liable for:

  • Personal belongings left unattended in guest rooms, public areas, or hotel facilities
  • Items lost, stolen, or damaged on hotel premises
  • Valuables not deposited in the hotel safe or safety deposit boxes
  • Any personal property regardless of value or circumstances of loss

We strongly recommend that guests:

  • Maintain supervision of personal belongings at all times

After the designated storage period, unclaimed items become the property of the hotel and may be donated to charity or disposed of at management's discretion.

Management

Rules and Regulations

Dear Guests ,

1- The check-in time is 14:00, the check-out time is 12:00. Please contact reception for late check out availability if needed. If needed late check-out fee is 20 EUR.

2- Housekeeping service is available every 4 days of your stay. If you would like extra cleaning service please contact reception.

3- Smoking is not permitted in the room. Please use the balcony.

4- No pets are allowed on property.

5- Lost keys have a charge fee of 10 EUR.  You can leave your room key to reception while leaving the hotel. The reception is 24 hours open.

6- In any case of damage done to furniture, electronic devices or any other property, guests may be charged up to full price of the damaged property, depending on the damage done. 

7- The management and company is not responsible for any loss.

Security and Emergency

Dear Guests,

The exterior of our hotel is monitored by security cameras 24/7.

We have personnel in our reception 24/7.

You can reach reception by dialing zero (0) from the room phone.

 

Evacuation

In any case of natural disaster or fire breaking in the building, do not use elevator / lift. Please use the stairs for evacuation.

The rooms are numbered through floors. The first number shows your floor number. 103 means your room is on the first floor. 203 means your room is on the second floor.

 

Valuables

If you would like to leave your passport or any valuables for safety, you can use the safe in your room if available or leave them to our staff at the reception.

Water and Energy Saving

Dear Guests,

Every day millions of gallons of water are used to wash towels that have only been used once in the industry. 

If you would like your towels to be washed, please leave them in the dirty towel basket in your bedroom.

A towel on the rack means ‘’I keep using.‘’

A towel in the basket means ‘’Please refresh.‘’

For energy saving, please turn off TV and air-conditioning when you leave your room.
